Reserving a Puppy, Deposits and Pricing:
Dear Prospective Puppy Owner;
An important part of considering my beautiful babies is the financial cost.
My pups have outstanding personalities, the phantoms have Phantom markings from birth, health tested parents, CKC registration, SOI microchips.
I have devoted myself to the infants and their training. They are socialized to the max, started on retrieving, come to the call “pup-pup-pup”, starting on house training with "go potty" and started on grooming.
We follow the developmental exercises set out in Pat Hastings book, Puppy Development.
The training has been started to get them to sleep quietly in their individual crates from 8 pm to wake clean/dry at 7 am.
‘Health Certificate’ and immunizations are appropriate to age.
Puppies/adults are wormed 3 x’s on strict schedule even when there is no evidence of parasites.
Pricing is based on Limited CKC Registration with a spay/neuter contract.

We require a non-refundable deposit. If, for some reason I can’t provide the puppy as we agreed on, then your deposit is refunded. If you need to cancel, then your funds are held – and can be applied to future whelp within a two year period.
Puppy picks are determined by date the deposit is received.
First pick puppy will sometimes be available.
If the puppy needs to travel to its new home, the Purchaser is responsible for Vet. Health Certificate, Rabies inoculation if over 12 weeks, crate with travel dishes, and airfare.
I am willing to deliver puppy to a Canadian airport or USA airport.
